Rusticated weatherboard, board & batten and cedar highlights give way to interior raking ceilings with exposed beams. Knotty Cedar and Hardigroove appears in soffits, entrance ways and built in joinery units in relaxed living spaces. Open floor plans create large, multi-functional living spaces where the hub of activity typically centres around a large island bench.

The homes are styled for relaxing in the peace and quiet that Papamoa is famous for. On mild summer evenings you’ll enjoy the remotely adjustable Louvretec opening roof, allowing more or less light into the outdoor living spaces.
